The VW Golf ‘LV02 CTY’ was ahead in the far right hand lane moving slowly veering into the left lane (my lane) without indicating. I was coming up from behind in the next inner adjacent lane.
I tooted to warn I was in that lane to persuade him to remain in his lane, he swerved out of my lane back to the far right lane. The lights turned green I proceeded onto the roundabout passing the VW Golf.
As the next set of lights turned red I slowed and the VW Golf tried again to enter my lane slightly behind and hit my offside from the driver door to the rear wheel arch of the vehicle.
He got out the car. I asked for his name he said “what’s your name? look at the damage you’ve done” saying “I had this happen before, people in big flash cars driving around, I needed to change lane, you got angry, I indicated, you didn’t see me and I end up getting the blame”.
He would not give his name until I gave mine at which he refused until I raised my voice at which he said “I gave it, it’s Bright!”.
His breath smelt of alcohol, smoking. Said “Yea I did have a small drink a little while ago”.
